The Seedling Strategy includes everything in the Seed Kit, plus a bunch of value-packed tools and an additional consultation. It’s focussed on messaging, building your community, and making sure you’re never stuck on what to say.
It’s suited to established businesses who are looking to root their DIY marketing efforts in effective strategy and kick things up a notch, or as the perfect starter pack for new businesses and launch campaigns.

Getting it done:
60-90 minute strategy consultation
The launchpad for getting your Seed Kit sorted is a detailed strategy chat. We’ll get into the nitty gritty of your ethos, current position, challenges and visions, as well as my ideas to drive you forward. It might be conducted face-to-face (location and timing permitting), a Zoom call or over the phone – we’ll agree ahead of time.
Pre-consultation questionnaire
Before we sit down for the consultation, I’ll shoot you a form to fill out. This will give me all the background I need to hit the ground running when we chat – so we’re not wasting precious consult time going over the basics. (and by getting you to think about your goals and what makes you so great, sitting down to fill it out will also get you pumped for our meeting.
A review of your current marketing plans and activities
On top of your questionnaire and our consultation, I’ll also do an audit of any existing marketing plans and material you provide, and a thorough stalk of your online presence.
45 minute follow-up consultation
A few weeks after your Seedling Strategy has been delivered, we’ll catch up to see how everything’s coming along. This is your chance to ask questions, let me know if you’re stuck on anything, get tweaks to your strategy and learn to leverage the successes so far.

Based on the goals discussed in your consultation and incorporating your key messages and audience map (see below), this strategy is a practical action list made up of manageable but effective tasks to drive you forward.

Defining the need-to-knows of who you are, what you do, and who you do it for. I’ll help you nail down the 2-4 secret weapons that really set you apart and connect with your people. With these in your toolkit, you’ll be able to communicate with clarity, confidence and impact across all channels.
Audience and community mapping
Your community map is a breakdown of your existing and ideal audiences – who they are and where to find them. I don’t mean identifying and tapping into your dream customer here – this is all about building you an effective community of profitable return customers, trusted influencers, helpful referrers and likeminded collaborators. Ideal in this case means profitable, efficient and aligned – not just #goals.
An on-brand bio or business profile
Ever had to scramble to think of something snappy when someone asked for “just a few sentences” on your business? I’ll craft a professional, authentic bio or company profile that tells your story, sells your offering and most importantly, feels right to you. It can be used or adapted for website content, brochures, pitching yourself to the media, giving your stockists/wholesale customers something to share on their menus, or just to have on hand next time someone asks you for those “few” words.
Set-up OR audit of two social or email platforms
Choose two online platforms from Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest or an email marketing platform. I’ll either get you set up on them (and hand over the keys) or do a more indepth audit of where you’re doing well and what you can change up for better results.
Tailored list of collaboration ideas and opportunities
Collaboration marketing lets you minimise costs, while maximising reach by tapping into a likeminded (but not competing) businesses’ audience. Two months of prompts for social media, email and blogs
Eight weeks of ideas specific to your business and market. A mix of sales, strategy and personality, you can put them straight to use in an immediate content schedule, or refer back next time you’re having a what-the-fk-do-I-say moment.
